MOSCOW, July 25 (Itar-Tass) - Moscow has decisively refuted allegations by a top-ranking Georgian official, who has recently accused Russia of having a hand in the Georgia-Abkhazia conflict and said that Russian peacekeepers in Abkhazia were carrying out their mission ineffectively.
The allegations made by Deputy State Minister Tedo Isakadze in New York were dismissed as "groundless and causing damage to Russian-Georgian ties," said a press release of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
